Revolutionary Day - This is a full day of educational and fun activities designed to help our students learn about this time in our country's history. Students and volunteers are encouraged to dress in costume to get a real feel for the day. The Nutcracker - Every year, right before Winter Break, the 5th graders put on a performance of The Nutcracker. It is an amazing sight to see 110 students dressed as Toy Soldiers, Sugar Plum Fairies, and Bakers dancing and singing together. Mark your calendar for December 8, 2025 at 6:30pm to see this annual performance. Manners Luncheon - The Manners Luncheon is an event focused on teaching and reinforcing good manners, proper dining etiquette, and social skills through a dining experience. 2025-2026 date and information coming soon. 5th Grade Breakfast and Celebration - This celebration will take place on May 29, 2026. More information coming soon. If you have any questions or are interested in volunteering, please contact the Fifth Grade Awards Banquet Chair at Awards@bbepta.com.
T-Shirt Contest - Each year, the 5th grade students vote on a design by one of their peers to be used on a special t-shirt that can be worn throughout their final year at BBE. The design is placed on the front of a white t-shirt and Class of and all of the students’ names are printed on the back.
